🏕️ Camp BFC is Doubling Up in all the best ways for 2025 based on your feedback!

With new and improved spaces designed to make your experience even more comfortable and exciting! For Camp BFC: Double Up, we’re bringing you a larger and permanent main stage, along with a dedicated school space that’s just as spacious as last year’s. Enjoy a new cozy programming room perfect for panels of around 40 attendees, plus a fourth programming space ideal for social events. The playroom is getting bigger, now with some connected outdoor space, and we’re adding a larger changing area and a brand-new nursery in a quiet spot, complete with its own changing space.

Thanks to your feedback from previous events, we're thrilled to introduce some exciting new spaces in our new home! You'll now find dedicated areas for board games, an expanded dedicated kidfur zone featuring classic video games, and a larger vendor space designed to accommodate vendors with more elaborate setups. There will also be multiple social spaces spread throughout the convention space and hotel, creating even more opportunities for attendees to connect, unwind, and enjoy the experience at their own speed.

This is just the start, we also plan to have our well known field trips, parties, and other fun activities that we will share with you over the coming weeks and months ahead!

📝 Registration Process

Unlike many furry conventions, Camp BFC is unique in that there is no on-site registration at the event. Even with a full-hotel buy-out, we have limited spots available for the event, and will be opening tiered registration on a first come, first serve basis, starting with the highest tier.

Once the date and time for your preferred registration tier arrives, visit the registration portal, choose the options you prefer, add any hotel add-ons, and pay online.

*Percentage reflects the approximate share of total registration slots per tier during the initial availability. Upgrades to higher tiers will be available while supplies last, and announced accordingly when the ability to upgrade will be closed.

After all registration opportunities have passed, any cancellations will return to the pool of available registrations, and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis in the registration portal. If after you register and find out that you can no longer attend, you may receive a full refund on your registration costs up to 30-days prior to the event start.

🏨 Hotel Info & Add On Options

If you’re new to events like this, know that Camp BFC isn’t your typical furry convention setup. To protect everyone’s privacy and ensure a safe and welcoming space for self expression, hotel details are kept confidential. Think of it like a secret clubhouse code! Once you’ve registered and been vetted, you’ll receive the location info. Just remember: it’s for your eyes only, so please don’t share it with anyone.

This year, there are two options for securing a hotel room: the Guaranteed Host Hotel Add-On, available for an additional $150 with the Super Sponsor Tier on April 29th, or the Free Host Hotel Lottery, which will begin its drawing later in May with the exact date yet to be announced.

We’re also pleased to share that the hotel room rates for this year are LOWER than last year’s event!

• Double Double – $160
• King – $160
• Junior Suite – $180
• Presidential / Pool Suite – $250

Want peace of mind? This registration add-on guarantees your ability to purchase a room at our Host Hotel. Limited quantity—available April 29th only with the Super Sponsor Tier.

🎟️ Host Hotel Lottery (FREE)
Prefer to take a chance? Add the free Host Hotel Lottery add-on to your registration at checkout. Winners will be drawn starting late May on a date to be announced, and notified by email.

👉 Didn’t win? You’ll automatically roll into the next drawing. If you for some reason no longer need to be included into the drawing, please send an email to registration@babyfurcon.com and let our team know. This will help increase the odds for another attendee to secure a room quicker.

Host Hotel Booking Requirements:
• 4-night stay minimum: Thurs 9/11 – Mon 9/15
• A 2-night non-refundable deposit will be charged by the hotel upon booking
• Remaining balance pre-authorized 10 days before con

Each attendee is limited to booking one room, and the name on the hotel reservation must match the name on the convention registration account. If an unauthorized reservation is made and your names don’t match, you will lose your deposit.

Suites are not available for purchase outright, but will be assigned during the party phase to those interested in hosting parties.

Miss out on the Host Hotel, or would like to stay off site? No worries, our Attendee Portal will offer info on nearby alternatives. Remember to follow their dress codes and policies.

 

✈️ Travel to BFC

If you are making plans to fly to Camp BFC, the closest airport to the convention is San Jose International (SJC).

🛒 Vend at Camp BFC!

The Vendor Hall, and Artist Alley at Camp BFC will offer a diverse selection of ABDL merchandise, including artwork, clothing, plushies, games, and more, providing a unique shopping experience unlike many other furry conventions. Vendors must apply to secure a spot in this space.

Meanwhile, the Artist Alley is our dedicated area for creators to showcase and sell their handmade art and crafts. Operating on a first-come, first-served basis, it provides a more flexible schedule compared to the Vendor Hall, with artists required to register during designated sign-up periods.
